Engineering Survey
COEN Consulting Engineers carry out full Mechanical & Electrical Surveys of any property, whether domestic or commercial/industrial and issue a report of findings to the client. We provide a professional and confidential service to our clients for whom we provide an impartial and independent third party appraisal.
Passive House
COEN Consulting Engineers are proud to be among a very select few consultancies in Ireland to hold the title of ‘Certified European Passive House Design Consultant’ after successfully passing the rigorous examinations set by the governing body, the ‘Passiv Haus Instituit’ in Germany.
‘Passive House’ is a specific, rigorous building standard requiring a very thorough and precise detailed design of a building with an energy demand 90% lower than most buildings. Through careful design, thought and calculations we can create a building which will require only a minimal amount of energy to perform its daily functions.
